This policy explains how Mesellu handles information submitted through the free creative test application.

Information we collect

We collect the product and campaign information you submit, your name, email address, company or brand name, and any additional notes. We also process limited connection data temporarily to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to review applications, select test partners, contact applicants, plan video production and ad tests, improve the service, and prevent abuse.

Service providers

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers, including email delivery and Slack, only as needed to process and notify us about applications, or when required by law.

Engagement data

We count views, likes, and share actions for each sample. We do not connect this engagement history to the email address submitted in an application.

Security and retention

Access is limited to people who need the information for these purposes. We take reasonable safeguards and retain information only as long as needed.
