Privacy policy

Information we collect

We collect the product and campaign information you submit, your name, email address, company or brand name, and any additional notes. We may also retain professional contact details shared with us in person, the context in which we met, links and notes relevant to a proposed video, and subsequent email correspondence. If you follow a tagged campaign link, we save its campaign parameters, landing path, and referring site with your application. We process limited connection data temporarily to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use this information within Mesellu to review applications, select partners, follow up on professional conversations, plan and produce videos and ad tests, provide information about Mesellu’s products and services, improve the service, understand which events and campaigns lead to applications, and prevent abuse.

External sharing

We do not make submitted information, professional contact details, correspondence, or materials public or share them outside Mesellu without permission, except with service providers acting on our behalf as needed to operate the service, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information or allow service providers to use it for their own purposes.

Service providers

Service providers include Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Resend for sending and receiving email, OpenAI for generating email drafts and routine replies when automation is enabled, Slack for internal notifications, and Google Analytics for consent-based site measurement. They receive only the information needed for their role.

Email automation

Mesellu may use automated systems to organize correspondence and prepare or send routine replies. Messages involving pricing, contracts, legal issues, confidentiality, payments, rights, refunds, attachments, or delivery commitments are routed for human review. You can ask to communicate only with a person at any time.

Analytics and engagement data

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits and actions such as opening or submitting the application form. Advertising storage and Google Signals are disabled. You can decline analytics in the preference notice. Separately, we count views, likes, and share actions for each sample. We do not connect sample engagement history to the email address submitted in an application.

Security and retention

Access is limited to people who need the information for these purposes. We take reasonable safeguards and retain information only as long as needed.
